The waitlist form may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred artist, short-notice availability, tattoo idea, and consent to be contacted.

How it is used

The information is used to review your inquiry, reply about scheduling or consultation fit, and keep a basic record of studio communications. Forms send requests to darklotustattooshop@gmail.com. Waitlist signups may also be saved in a protected server-side file so the shop can review openings.

What not to send

Do not send urgent medical concerns, private medical details, financial information, passwords, or anything you would not want handled by email. For urgent symptoms or suspected infection, contact a licensed medical professional.

Service providers

The site is hosted on InterServer. Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Maps, or email open third-party services with their own privacy practices.

Payments and booking

This website does not take online payments. Sending a request or joining the waitlist does not create an appointment, guarantee a tattoo, or replace studio consent forms required before service.
