DEPOSIT POLOCIES

I do require a deposit to book with me. It is a safety measure to keep bad clients from costing me a days worth of earnings. Not saying everyone is a bad client, just that some folks can be slightly careless with my time and if I don't take measures it can make it hard to put food on my table. I hope you understand.

My policies:

1. The deposit is held until the last session that I tattoo you.

2. The deposit will be $150 or 30% of the estimated cost of your tattoo if smaller than $300.

3. The deposit is non-refundable.

4. The deposit can be transferred to someone else (another client) provided I can do the tattoo that person wants.

5. The deposit can be put on a digital gift card.

6. The deposit can be in the form of cash, debit, credit card or purchasing a gift card from my website. (Only my gift cards apply to me and my services).

7. More deposit can be applied, but it will be use and applied to multiple sessions in segments as we near completion of your tattoo.

8. If you no call or no show or are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, you forfeit your deposit.

9. I will allow you to reschedule your appointment 3 times within a year if you notify me 72 hrs or more prior to your appointment. You will keep your deposit.

10. If you late notice call to reschedule, no call no show or are really late, I will require another deposit to keep your old deposit and to keep your appointments. They two deposits will become one larger deposit and will still be applied to your final sessions.

11. I am not an asshole, but over the years these polices have become necessary. If you have any legitimate reason why you cant keep with these polices at any certain time, please let me know, we can discus it. I will see what I can or cannot do to make things work in a fair manner.

I am currently $200 per hr while my machine is running. You are not charged for designing, drawing, layout, breaks or if I have to talk to someone. You are only charged while I am tattooing on your body. I was previously $180 but had to go up slightly due to cost of living. I was $300 per hr when I lived in Florida. The average for any artist in this are currently seems to be between $80 and $250 per hr. I am not the most expensive artist in the area and I am not the cheapest. I look forward to working with you and our many days of tattooing.
